Dawn has been an examiner for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program for over 10 years, helping multiple organizations to achieve the top level award in State Alliance Programs. As a volunteer examiner, she has led multiple teams through the entire Baldrige application evaluation process, including leading site visit teams. With an extensive background in healthcare, she brings a unique advantage to healthcare and non-profit organizations.
Starting with an organizational assessment, we develop a work plan to systematically advance your performance and results. Early stage work involves educating key leaders on the framework, developing category team leaders, and evaluating the current state of work processes and results.
As we evaluate and optimize organizational systems and processes, work process changes are identified, developed and deployed for more consistent performance results. When the organization is ready to submit an application, we help guide the content, edits and can co-author if needed.
